Who doesn’t love cakes, it is a must love dessert or snack all through the world. There will hardly be any birthday without a cake. It has its own special place in most occasions. Frankly speaking, we don’t need any occasion to have a cake bite. In case you want a home-made cake without eggs, this is the best, mouth watery recipe of eggless chocolate cake. 
Ingredients required to prepare eggless chocolate cake
Melted butter: ½ cup
Vanilla essence: 2 tsps
Brown sugar: 2 tbsp
Condensed milk: 1 tin(400 gms)
Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1/4 cup
Baking soda: 3/4 tsp
Water: 2/3 cup (150 ml)
All-purpose flour: 1 3/4 cups
Baking pwd: 1 3/4 tsps
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Method of preparation of eggless chocolate cake
1.     Preheat oven to 150 C. 
2.    Grease and flour a baking pan of 8″-9″ inches.
3.    Sieve maida, baking pwd, baking soda, salt and cocoa pwd and leave aside.
4.    Cream the sugar, condensed milk, melted butter and water till smooth with a wooden spoon or hand blender.
5.    Slowly add little flour-cocoa mixture. 
6.    Keep doing until dry ingredients blend thoroughly with the wet ingredients. 
7.    Add vanilla essence and mix.
8.    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated or till a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
