The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has closed all the cases related to the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The closure report came five years after Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14th 2020. The family members believed that the actor was murdered, the CBI said that there was no foul play involved and it was a suicide. “There was no oral or material evidence to show that it was a case of murder. CBI waited for so long hoping to question the sister of the actor, who made the allegations of foul play, but she did not appear before it," told a CBI official.

The scientific evidence show did not show any foul play in the case and the CBI officials have decided to close the case. The lawyer of Rhea Chakraborty responded saying that the actress has underwent several challenges over these years and she was sent to jail for 27 days. Rhea was blamed initially and her family was under scanner. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai residence on June 14th 2020 and he was found hanging himself to the ceiling fan. There was no suicide note recovered. Sushant Singh Rajput was one of the most successful actors of his generation and his death gave a huge shock to Bollywood.
